Precisely. Since you changed the design it hasn't been working for me.
I think it is related to the javascript interpreter because my browser is too old. I can't tell the cause exactly.
This is how it looks in my browser (firefox 35.0):

a plan ought to be either responsive or be 1000px wide, that is the general agreement and how it has functioned for an era. 960px is a large portion of a 1080p screen, it ought to be usable without huge inconvenience. I think I havent utilized firefox as a part of 1920px since quite a while.

I don't know what you did but today the forum is working fine for me. I CAN READ EVERYTHING. Before I could barely use it.

Thanks.

Can't be.
Well, something has changed. I don't know what. I didn't change anything about the browser. Perhaps I installed something that changed browser behavviour. But I could swear it's on your side.

Well, whatever it is, is welcome. The loading time for this page has changed from 30 seconds to 1 as it should. And now I can see the topic list correctly.

I hope the change won't be reverted inadvertently.

Also the rating system and thank you button were causing trouble for some people, now it's suddenly working again.
I think 2017 is giving us a present :)
Nowadays a VPN is a must for everyone. A VPN allows you safe surfing and protects you against spying governments and companies.
I advise AirVPN - from € 2,75 per month. Click the below banner for more info.
