I uploaded the Italian subtitles I resinced from the TV series The Richies unfortunately I have an error problem with only two files
The.Riches.S02E02.WEBRip.x264-ION10
The.Riches.S02E04.WEBRip.x264-ION10
The system says they are already present but it is absolutely not true, is it possible to fix this so that I can allow myself to load these last two resinches made by me? Thank you

Upload the subtitle on some file sharing website like http://www.filedropper.com/ and we will have a look.
But if the system says that, is because the subtitle you are trying to upload is the same as the other that already exists on the site.
Both in sync and in translation.

Thanks for the reply, I downloaded the two subtitles and I must say that you are absolutely right they are in sync with the two webrips

Subtitles has invalid format (filesize too small)

Tried to upload the following subtitle:
I received the following response from OS.org:

Error: 402 Subtitles has invalid format, validation failed (SPAM)402 Subtitles has invalid format (filesize too small)

I understand that the translation is short, however the "Foreign parts only" flag is selected. This is normal in this case where there are only a few lines of conversation in the video where the subtitles are appropriate. In this case the subtitles are for the viewers benefit to know that they should not expect any translation. Is there a known workaround here? Or is there a best practice I should be following?
