Upload errors here

Hello!

I have tried a several times to upload a newer, more corrected subtitle file for this: https://www.opensubtitles.org/en/subtit ... herlife-hu
The newer subtitle file is named OtherLife.2017.1080p.WEBRip.x264-Mirrage.HUN.V07.srt and after it changed the Version to V3, but still shows and downloads the older V2 subtitle file. Please correct this. Thanks!

Hi,

I can see: OtherLife.2017.1080p.WEBRip.x264-Mirrage.HUN.V06.srt and not OtherLife.2017.1080p.WEBRip.x264-Mirrage.HUN.V07.srt uploaded currently. If I download it, it does download the currently updated file, which is: OtherLife.2017.1080p.WEBRip.x264-Mirrage.HUN.V06.srt.

Bare in mind that after you update a subtitle and click on download, the new updated file won't be the one downloaded. It takes about an hour or so for the new one to be auto downloaded instead of the old one. If you check it now, you should get the same file downloaded as I did. If there is another version (V07) that you can't update again, then dump it on a file sharing website and one of the admins will update it further for you.

Don't know how and what could happened since, but I've tried this from yesterday midday or so at many times, and every time I've opened that page it still showed and downloaded the older sub file. ?! V07 is the same as the V06 named file, I've just tried to rename it after, to get the upload accepted and successful somehow. But it least fine now and shows the correct one, thank you!

On querri New York Confidential (1955) in search box appears

show it exist 2 uploaded subtitles, english, and my serbian. Then show only english, after click on All subtitles for this movie. Probems?

Was your language selected as All or English when you were searching? If "All", then you should have got the results in the above link. If the Serbian one was missing, I can see it was just uploaded recently and it's the same answer that explosiveskull gave you last time. All subs uploaded in the last 24hrs disappear everyday between the hours of 6am and 7:10am GMT everyday.

I see your post asking the question was around that time, so that explains the issue. If you check it now, it should be there.

Repeated questions get strikes. This is your second strike. One more strike leads to a ban... (Joke).

Hello!

I've requested deletion for these subtitles (because of incorrect encoding) as soon I've uploaded them today:
The.Nightmare.Worlds.Of.H.G.Wells.S01E01.720p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP2.0.H.264-SPiRiT.HUN V01.srt
The.Nightmare.Worlds.Of.H.G.Wells.S01E01.720p.AMZN.WEB-DL.DDP2.0.H.264-SPiRiT.HUN V02.srt
But every time I try to upload the corrected version (renamed to whatever) for this episode I'm blocked as the site still says that "We already have this subtitle file uploaded as...". It shows them as "disabled", but it doesn't effect the upload blocking.

Please delete all these above for that specific episode (E01), so I can upload the correct version.

Edit with correction: They're for E01 that are need to be deleted, not for E02!

The subtitle cannot be deleted, only disabled.
You are trying to upload a subtitle that already exists on the site, what just changes is the encoding.

I don't know if it justifies a new upload since sync and translation has not been changed.
But anyway, upload subtitle somewhere.
Then post the link here, so we can see the subtitle and upload it.

Ye, if you slightly modify the sub text or the timming you will be able to upload the subtitle...
