Also, would normally delete as duplicate, but as that guy rips and gets the subs himself (not copied from other sites) same as you, I'll leave it online out of respect for his time and work.
Now we just need subtitles for the 1998 version

I tried upload "Family Guy.(S17 E19).Girl, Internetted.SubITA.srt", in srt format, but I see this error "Unsupported subtitle format for CD 1. Only srt, sub, smi, txt and ssa formats are supported B"

Change all the tags for italics into lowercase and erase the space.

Two examples, NOT good:

Code: Select all

<I> Ridere e piangere </ i> <I> Hummer. </ I>

GOOD:

Code: Select all

<i>Ridere e piangere</i> <i>Hummer.</i>

Also, completely erase the last line (432) with only empty bold tags.

I think that would solve it.

Hi. There seems to a problem with connection to IMDb to retrieve movie info. I successfully uploaded my last 4 subtitles, but the info is missing for both movies and IMDb update button returns an error every time.

Hey. Seems to be okay now. Movie name is there instead of (0) and the movie picture is also there. If you meant there is nothing under "Movie details", then that also corrects itself in due time when the site updates. If it was mostly meant in regards to the movie name not displaying and you get (0) most of the time instead of the actual movie name, then don't worry about it. It happens every several months or so when we change certain things on the site coding, etc.

Reasons can be:
1: Proxy server issues.
2: Network conectivity.
3: Imdb unavailable.

Should be all okay within a few days normally. If not, then let us know by using contact us form from the main site. Thanks.

Hi. I wanted to upload subtitles for the TV movie "The Left Behind" by BBC. The title doesn't have an IMDb page so I tried to add it to the database, but the option is unavailable. I have uploaded them under the 2015 movie for now. Can you please fix this? Thanks!

Hello. I've just tried it and get: "Requested page is temporarily unavailable, please try again later." There are many titles with a similar name on the database, maybe that is causing an issue, or there may be an issue with the feature itself. I'll check again on it later this afternoon after getting it investigated, and it will get fixed and updated by one of the admins. Don't worry about it. It will get done. And it is the BBC programme for the 2019 Far Right groups, right?

Yes, that's right. Many of these last minute BBC movies don't get to have an early IMDb page so they have to be added manually to the database. Thanks for following this up.

I just tried as well.
Same same.

I think its just a malfuction of that add-movie-feature.
So I wrote a bug report.
Now we have to wait till it gets fixed.
