I have translated this site and now have problem with police :)

- What is illegal on translating site ?

I have same questions what is illegal on translating :)
If english is word "Mother" then i cant use word in estonian "Ema"?

you just tell them you did not (and you did not, I swear!) translated site to estonian (we have unknown volunteers to do this)

it really interests me, why they contacted _you_, you are writing to them via email, or what ?
