Cannot download at all

I can't seem to download a subtitle at all. I click on "Download (zip)" then it all shows top bar with log in, search, alphabets order, and etc. Nothing else happened. It's getting annoyed. I tried both IE and Firefox, same result. Please help. Thanks.

same problem here. i tried everything, i have also whitelisted out the page from my popup and ad blockers, still nothing is happening. i click on the download file (zip) link, and there is no file coming, just the top of the (i'm inclined to think that the download would be here) page.
i'd like you guys to do something about it.
