ahm, I remembered why I did allow upload same subhash It is exactly for this reason - somebody make a mistake and then he MUST change a subtitles to upload them again...

Problem was: somebody (anonymous) uploaded subtitles with moviehash, I did check as I wrote before, subtitles was not uploaded and moviehash was not inserted.
