Actually, since you have two subs, the following method, I think, would actually be better with Subtitle Edit: Synchronization> Point sync via another subtitle... Select first line from both subs within the app, select the last line from both files in the app and hit the sync button. Provided both f...

Normally users don't come back and advise what worked for them and this doesn't help other people. I know some people that beat around the bush over 20 emails back/forth before they can admit they were wrong (mentioning no names). Considering the fact that you did come back, even after feelin...
Hello, So it still works, it's just the subs are out of sync on the TV but not on the PC? 1: If so, make sure the format of the subtitles aren't different to what you had and used before this problem occurred and that their format is compatible with your TV software. 2: Certain TV's have a sync feat...

Does the video compared to the subs you have, have missing frames/scenes? If not, I guess you could copy the time codes from the hardcoded file to the other file using "Point Sync" from SubtitleEdit, maybe? Otherwise, dunno.

Although the title of this thread is misleading, that's not what this topic is for. :D If you are certain the subs are incorrect and not just mislabelled, then it's best not to rely on the original uploader but help correct the website yourself. Please read following ...

Please check and verify.
