You mean making an mp4 with subtitles embedded inside that container, so that the viewer can optionally choose? There are a bunch of programs that could do it, but my personal favorite is Handbrake . It supports utf-8 and a bunch of iso-9959-n character sets, so your language shouldn't be a problem....
