yes, this is known win2k SubDownloader bug - better written it is WXPython bug. Download and put gdiplus.dll into system32 directory or in same directory as SubDownloader.exe (it must be visible to windows) I will also update FAQ. I agree with you, on one side it is good, on other side it is more work for me, because I want, when somebody search imdbid for whole series, it is good to show all subtitles for this series/episodes...so I have to think about it, how to do that.

it is possible, of course. If you cannot upload dutch subtitles (hash already in db) it means, that subtitles we already have (someone before you uploaded same subtitles).
