In my account I can only see a link to downloaded subs.
Not to commented, not to uploaded.

Still no uploads over the website possible.
And I'm not able to edit subs.

503 Backend fetch failed

Sometimes you lose sight of the forest for the trees.

Then your TV displays it wrong.
It seems the only possibility you have is to convert these .srt to .ass and edit the header so they will be displayed higher.

You have not answered the question yet. But in cases where the subs are already in the movie file (and there is no need for a separate subtitle file), I do see two lines of subs (when they are long enough for two lines). Just to clarify: you don't mean hardcoded subs which are invariably integrated ...

Is the movie itself also cut off or is it full as at the pc and the problem are only the subs?

Do you have checked whether the tv-viewing-area is different than the computers, i. e. the tv-viewing-area is possibly zoomed closer? Check the tv-settings or the manual, if there is a kind of automatic mode, which sets the picture correctly. And who delivers the tv-picture? An attached external har...

I hope, this isn't a serious offer.
