For the exact difference 23,976 vs 25 fps, my wild guess is some mistake during the process of ripping or converting.

Het synchroniseren van een SRT kun je doen met bijv. Subtitle Workshop of Subtitle Edit, adhv. synchronisatiepunten die je zelf zoekt, of mbv. van de timings van een ander ondertitelbestand dat wel synchroon loopt (desnoods dus evt. in een andere taal).
