Hi capiscuas, I'm happy to see that you are back again working on SubDownloader, actually I had seen on Ohloh that you were commiting again! Of course I'd like to help you, because I am a HUGE fan of SubDownloader. But unfortunately for now I can't promise my support, as I am quite busy at work, and...

OK, I tried with the normal server (http://www.opensubtitles.org/xml-rpc) instead of the development server (http://dev.opensubtitles.org/xml-rpc), and apparently it works, I get the base64 encoded data... I guess I am going to make my tests on the real server then ;)

OK, so I'm trying the XML-RPC out, it works fine concerning the GetAvailableTranslations function, but I just can't get the GetTranslation function to work, it just keeps on telling me {'status': '410 Other or unknown error', 'seconds': 0.34000000000000002} So I tryed changing some parameters, but I...

New programs using OS: how to get translations?

Hi, I am currently preparing osTools for translation using gettext . As I have understood that SubDownloader's translations come directly from OpenSubtitles's translations (I am currently one of the French translators), I would like to know if it would be possible to add my strings to OS's general t...

Congratulations for your baby, she looks very nice! I understand you don't have so much time, I myself just got married, and I know that your geek time gets reduced a lot. I'll take a look at your RealBasic "clone" of SD a bit later. I would be happy to take over the SD project myself, but...

Hi,

Is there any publicly available svn repository for Oscar? Since you are using Trac, I suppose there is some kind of repository, no? I am asking this to create a project page for Oscar on ohloh.net, as there is already a project page for SubDownloader.

Yeah sorry, actually osTools (for now at least) only displays information about uploaded subtitles. It is only useful if you want to monitor different uploaders... It has for the moment no other use, héhé...

Anuway, I am currently not able to work on it, but I might restart in October.
