For a single title, i.e. not a series, somehow two exact copies (both CD1) were uploaded under one ID. How can this be fixed? Request a delete and create a new upload?

I don't enter single symbols, I copy and paste to ensure the same text is used. Tried it 3 times and still get the error 'Your username or password is not correct'. Never happened with the old password. Can someone with an access help me personally?

To narrow your choice, if you search using a browser, form a query that contains the language, the IMDb ID without leading zeros, the FPS rate and requests to sort the results by number of downloads. For uploading, I use URLs such as this. MovieFPS-2x.xxx doesn't work in them. It does work for searching.
If not using FPS in upload URLs, I'd prefer 23.976 as default. Otherwise you need to choose every time.
