in each footer of website - also here, you have link "Contact us". So just do it :) Send us email you registered on website and also email from which you pay and we fix it. As always :)

So i signed up as VIP but didnt read the part that says its important to use the same email during registration as on the website.
I used my paypal email instead and now i'm not VIP
is there any way to correct this? i cant find contact details for staff or anything
