Update: i tried to download subtitles 30 minutes ago it was working !, but now it doesn't seem to work at all, it doesn't even bring result when i search for subtitle

am trying to download a subtitle and when i search all subtitles appear but when i try to download them i receive "Failed to download subtitle" ,

i tried this on multiple plex servers but they all have this issue, so am guessing it's an api issue ?
