Welp, this is strange indeed! I tried uploading them manually as you
mentioned. It just uploaded the subtitles, I did not get any errors at all.

Checked S06E08 page and now it's there. All good now.

There was a bug not allowing 2nd uploads. Meaning when you open the OS-U you can upload once, and then you have to close the program and then reopen OS-U to upload the next one.
