Enviar a legenda em ingles, nao quer dizer, que automaticamente, alguem va traduzir.

Mas se como voce disse, essa legenda nao existe no site, voce vai estar aumentando as chances de alguem traduzir.

Nesse caso, tudo que puder ser feito pra aumentar as chances de alguem traduzir, é valido.

FPS basicamente so existem dois. 23.976 (ntsc) e 25 (pal). A caracteristica de uma legenda com FPS errado é apos sincronizar alguma fala, a legenda gradualmente ir perdendo sincronia (adiantando ou atrasando). Nesse caso é so usar o subtitle workshop e converter de 23.976 para 25 e de 25 para 23.976...
