but I just did a test on VideoStation and can confirm this.
I asked for the Dutch subtitle off the movie Kandahar and I received the Italian subtitle of Wynonna.Earp.S03E11.BluRay.

There's no need to become vip.
Use the addon opensubtitles.com instead of opensubtitles.org.
It works for me.
You have to register on the .com site first.
There's a procedure to transfer your account credentials from OS.org to OS.com.

It happened to me also a few minutes ago with Titans S03E07 in the Dutch section.
I retried a couple of times, but no luck.
So, I uploaded the subtitle through the webpage and reuploaded it with the sup uploader to hash it.
