How to get VIP without ZIP code

I am trying to get a VIP. I am in Canada and dont use ZIP Code. How do I enter my Postal Code?

you should make new Topic for this - anyway, if in Canada is no ZIP code and form still requires that, try to put 00000

Sorry about that, I actually did pay for a VIP Membership on the 15th but am unable to get any subtitles on my MyTV Online 2

I can copy the payment that I made on Jan 15th and post it here. the last four digits of my cc is 4348. It was done between 12 am and 1 am.
