Allowed to publish downloaded subtitles?

I created a dataset with movie titles, cast, director,... and subtitles that I downloaded via the opensubtitle API. Would I be allowed to upload the resulting dataset (e.g. on github)?
I'm not quite sure, as I couldn't find anything in the disclaimer. Thanks for any help!
