not able to download subtitles since evening

I first got some XID which I failed to note and then have been getting the following error message while downloading a subtitle.
'Sorry. We have problem with network connection to database server, try reload page.' . Apart from the grammatical errors on the error page itself, it's simply frustrating not to be able to help the site as to what the issue might be :(
