GZIP incorrect header check

Fri Feb 27, 2015 1:43 am

Dear all,

There was any change to the OpenSubtitle API? I use the NPM Opensubtitles package to retrieve subtitles automatically during some time. Now the script stop working with the error:

Error: incorrect header check
at Zlib._binding.onerror (zlib.js:295:17)

which indicates that the file they download is not an GZIP valid file.

If I try to download manually, e.g. http://dl.opensubtitles.org/en/download ... 4576871.gz, the file is not an GZIP file either.

Any sugestions to workaround this issue?

Thanks in advance,
Sérgio Carvalho

Code: Select all

$ md5 Unbroken.2014.DVDSCR.x264-GoPanda.srt.gz MD5 (Unbroken.2014.DVDSCR.x264-GoPanda.srt.gz) = a46cb074f5661af6ac4658d2b404dec9 $ file Unbroken.2014.DVDSCR.x264-GoPanda.srt.gz Unbroken.2014.DVDSCR.x264-GoPanda.srt.gz: gzip compressed data, from Unix $ gunzip Unbroken.2014.DVDSCR.x264-GoPanda.srt.gz (file unpacked)
