Hi admin, the subtitle I uploaded myself has been uploaded by someone else. You can see the thief removed my name and the rest of the subtitles is the same here:

He even changed the translator's name! I wasted hours to translate that, I won't let anyone to just change the names and claim it!
I reported it, wrote a message, gave it 1 star but I want you to delete the thief's subtitle, please.

I've done it in this instance as the main difference seemed to be an advertisement for a different site in the other subtitle. I can see you also had already created a "report" for it using the right channels, so a forum topic wasn't necessary and isn't for this purpose. In the future, please include a link to the "stolen" subtitle in the report that you submit using the right channel here: viewtopic.php?f=1&t=2595
It can take time for the report to be viewed and done.
Please consider admins work for free and have families and regular jobs, too.
You only submitted that report today, so please be patient and don't make admins run around more than they have to.

In addition to what Scooby007 already said: This concerns a new user. After your comment, he updated the subtitle, including your name as translator. He/she probably didn't realize some things. Still, it was an unnecessary (semi-)duplicate, so I have removed it, and explained some things.
For you, if something like this happens again, just report the upload the way Scooby007 pointed out, and be patient.
