The subtitles that I downloaded for E03 were fine/correct.
For E04 and on, it seems all I download, even if named for E04, are for E03 (make sense?) - has anyone watched this, and if so, can you tell me if it's me or something else.

It's not clear which language you are talking about.
But in general:
- Sometimes numbering of IMDb does not match the numbering other sources use. It could very well be that a video file with "S01E04" in it's name is listed in IMDb as episode 3. To make it more confusing, IMDb sometimes changes the numbering. Because of this, the TITLE of the episode should match, even if the NUMBERING doesn't.
- Of course also the numbering could be just wrong, a mistake made by the uploader.
If you think something is wrong, submit a correction report with the correct IMDb ID.
