IP Banned for SPAM (NOT TRUE)

Hi, i just tried to upload a subtitle of a TV Shows (as i already did 4 times now)

When i press upload it give me a message where it says that my Ip was banned for spam reason, i never and i'll never spam.
Do anybody know why i got banned?

Just to be clear:
So you do NOT have a problem with DOWNloading
But you DO have a problem with UPloading?

And are you using the website?
Or some software to upload (which one)?

yes, i have problem uploading.
I'm using the web uploader within the website.
Every time i hit my bookmark to reach opensubtitles.org i need to solve a captcha in order to use the website
