Bulgarian and Macedonian subtitles

I have noticed that for many movies there are Macedonian subtitles filed under the Bulgarian language.

Bulgarian and Macedonian for sure aren't the same languages. If there is no Macedonian language, wouldn't it be an idea to add Macedonian as a language?
