Hi,
I hope I'm posting in the right place, I've been using opensubtitles for years with immense satisfaction and I've finally deciced to register to make a donation through PayPal to help developers (and since I'm saving money from my yearly megavideo premium...) and be able to get more subs.
So I made a donation this morning (about 5 hours ago), but I have no change in my status (still Sub-Leecher), and I was just wondering if the change was automatic or manually operated.
I've been trying to download 'south park season 10' subtitles but I keep getting a message that I'm 'trying to download more than 50 subtitles and I should go VIP'...
Can anyone help out or just tell me if it's normal and maybe I should just wait quietly ;)

it is done manually. I have been travelling, and also my computer breaks, so I am doing now job from netbook and it is not pleasant one
